EV Charging Project Developer (Level 2 Charging Network)

EnviroSpark Energy Solutions is a company that designs and deploys EV charging infrastructure at scale. They are seeking an EV Charging Project Developer to expand their Level 2 charging network through host site acquisition and customer engagement, focusing on relationship building and consultative selling.

Responsibilities

Proactively source new L2 host properties across office, multifamily, retail, workplace, municipal, and commercial real estate segments
Build, manage, and own a robust self-generated pipeline across Georgia
Educate property owners on EnviroSpark’s L2 network model, revenue-sharing structure, and long-term site benefits
Identify eligible properties for Georgia Power Make-Ready funding and drive applications through completion
Present proposals, budgets, timelines, and ROI considerations to key decision-makers
Conduct initial site-level feasibility reviews, including power availability, panel capacity, and parking layout
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and subsidy teams to scope installations and structure competitive deals
Prepare Make-Ready documentation and ensure alignment on responsibilities, deliverables, and program requirements
Ensure clean, complete project handoffs to construction and operations teams after host agreement execution
Collaborate with utility teams, AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction), Georgia Power Make-Ready contacts, and internal engineering groups
Maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot) documentation including notes, deal stages, and forecast updates
Represent EnviroSpark at relevant workshops, sustainability events, and property-management conferences

Required

2+ years of experience in EV charging, utilities, sustainability, commercial development, or related infrastructure fields
Demonstrated success in consultative sales: sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
Understanding of site selection, electrical capacity, permitting, and basic construction concepts
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple active deals simultaneously
High sense of urgency, self-direction, and ownership over territory development

Preferred

Experience signing Level 2 host sites, particularly for networks or managed charging programs
Familiarity with Georgia Power's Make-Ready Program or similar utility incentive programs
Existing connections with property managers, office owners, multifamily operators, or municipal leaders
Experience preparing Make-Ready or similar rebate documentation
Ability to read basic site plans, load diagrams, and parking layouts
Familiarity with HubSpot/Salesforce or GIS mapping tools
