Provide ongoing administrative support to an office or set of managers

Manage the day to day operations and needs of the assigned department
Oversee internal administrative duties such as processing invoices, budgets and expense reports, material creation and copies
Organize and maintain files and records
Maintain a strong working relationship with across all dealership departments
