Responsibilities
Source, screen, and assess potential candidates using a variety of software applications
Work with clients and hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies that solve their unique hiring challenges
Manage end-to-end candidate lifecycle; from first screen to offer close
“Hunt” for and close new business opportunities, and generate new prospective leads
Build and develop relationships with prospects, current clients, key accounts, TA partners, team-members, and other key-stakeholders to further the mission and goal of the company
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in a recruitment or sales role
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Candidates coming from Real Estate, Solar Sales, Insurance Sales and other performance-driven environments would be an ideal fit!
Benefits
$6,000 Sign-on Bonus paid out in two installments; the 1st is paid 60 days into the role and the 2nd installment is paid 120 days in.
