Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise infrastructure (Windows and/or Linux)
Own core services including Active Directory / Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, storage, and certificates
Implement and enforce infrastructure security controls, patching, and least-privilege access
Support SOC 2 compliance and penetration testing through hands-on technical contributions
Build automation using PowerShell/Bash to improve reliability and reduce operational risk
Design and validate backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions
Act as an escalation point for complex incidents and perform root-cause analysis
Mentor IT Support staff and provide technical leadership across the organization
Qualification
Required
5+ years of enterprise systems administration experience
Strong experience with Windows Server
Solid networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience with monitoring and incident response
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid identity environments
Comfortable operating independently in a regulated or compliance-driven environment
