Responsibilities

Review and approve Configuration Specifications for computerized systems
Review and approve Administrative Procedures for computerized systems
Review and approve SDLC procedures
Review and approve Backup and Restore procedures and serve as the primary point of contact for these activities
Partner with vendors and internal IT teams to integrate computerized systems with Client networks and infrastructure
Grant, revoke, and update user access, including provisioning and licensing
Manage user roles and permissions in accordance with Client procedures
Perform periodic user access reviews to support system periodic review activities
Implement system configuration changes in accordance with Client change control procedures
Participate in impact assessments for vendor-provided updates, releases, and patches to ensure compliant deployment
Support environment management (SBX, VAL, PRD) to ensure representative testing and controlled promotion
Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets associated with computerized systems
Support audit trail reviews as required
Support periodic reviews and change controls for computerized systems

Required

Experience in managing computerized systems in a regulated environment
Knowledge of GxP regulations and compliance requirements
Strong understanding of system administration and change management processes
Ability to review and approve Configuration Specifications, Administrative Procedures, SDLC procedures, and Backup and Restore procedures
Experience in user access management, including granting, revoking, and updating user access
Ability to perform periodic user access reviews
Experience in implementing system configuration changes in accordance with change control procedures
Ability to participate in impact assessments for vendor-provided updates, releases, and patches
Experience in managing helpdesk tickets associated with computerized systems
Strong communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
