Responsibilities
Support the Army & Defense Agencies (A&DA) Sector
Managing operational cadences
Preparing reports and dashboards
Maintaining data in Salesforce and other systems
Providing day-to-day executive and operational support
Work closely with the Senior Director of OPEX
Ensure meetings, materials, reporting, and follow-through are consistently executed at a high standard
Prepare, coordinate and/or maintain standard operational reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint
Run recurring reports on: Program risk status, Execution metrics
Qualification
Required
Top Secret clearance level must currently possess
Top Secret/SCI clearance level must be able to obtain
2 + years of related experience
US Citizenship Required
Education: Bachelor's degree
Required Experience: 2+ years of work experience in a business setting
Required Technical Skills: reporting tools, Salesforce, CRM, Power BI or Tableau, SharePoint
Required Skills and Abilities: Strong communication, problem solving, project or task management, process improvement, data analysis, requirements gathering documentation, knowledge management
Active TS clearance to start, and ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI
