Business Office Manager
OPCO Skilled Management is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to oversee the financial and administrative operations of their facility. The role involves directing daily business office activities while ensuring compliance with regulations and making a meaningful impact on resident satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Follow PCC daily, weekly, and month-end close checklists
Ensure accurate completion of Daily Census Verification
Oversee timely recording of room, ancillary, and miscellaneous charges in PCC
Maintain the RUG Billing Triple Check Process
Manage private-pay billing and ensure Centralized Statement process compliance
Handle Medicare ADRs and appeals per established procedures
Support coordination with Quality Healthcare Services and other administrative teams
Perform other business office duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Strong communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, and government agencies
Knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred
Associate's degree in Business or Accounting
Experience in business office operations in long-term care or healthcare
