Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent IT infrastructure projects
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and documentation
Drive collaboration across network, server, storage, cloud, and security teams
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and security requirements
Identify, resolve, and escalate project risks and issues as needed
Present project updates to senior leadership and steering committees
Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA preferred)
PMP or PMI certification required
10+ years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects
Strong experience with networking, servers, cloud technologies, virtualization, and data centers
Solid understanding of ITIL, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure best practices
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Planner
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience working in regulated or enterprise-scale environments
