Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, goals, and user needs
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize website designs and user interfaces
Design and develop responsive web layouts that prioritize user experience, aesthetics, and performance
Implement front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bring designs to life using WordPress. Other platforms like Wix are occasionally required
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to make data-driven design decisions
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design and development
Provide back-end development to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
Maintain design consistency and brand guidelines across all digital assets
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and front-end website development skills
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development and user experience frameworks
Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
Highly proficient in WordPress. Other platforms like Wix are occasionally required
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Ability to work onsite is a plus
