Build relationships – Greet and qualify customers to understand their needs
Close sales effectively using proven techniques and product knowledge
Deliver exceptional service throughout the entire customer journey
Stay current on our merchandise through ongoing training
Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualification
Required
Sales-driven attitude with motivation to earn competitive commissions
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Customer service or retail experience with a genuine desire to help customers
High school diploma or equivalent required
Flexibility for a rotating retail schedule (27-34 hours/week), including some evenings and weekends
Preferred
Previous sales or retail experience is a plus, we're committed to training the right person who demonstrates a strong aptitude for sales and customer service
