Responsibilities
Partner with IT leaders to facilitate vendor engagement requests and purchase order (PO) submissions
Support the service desk where vendor requests are initiated, providing guidance and troubleshooting
Create and process purchase orders in accordance with company procurement policies
Act as a liaison between IT leadership, ISC, and finance to ensure smooth workflows and timely approvals
Coordinate vendor request escalations from IT leaders to VP level, and subsequently to CIO review
Track and monitor vendor spend, ensuring budget compliance and accurate forecasting
Provide financial analysis and reporting to support IT leadership decision-making
Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights
Support monthly close activities, including accruals and journal entries as needed
Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
Identify opportunities to streamline vendor management and procurement processes
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial visibility and operational efficiency
Build strong relationships with IT stakeholders to understand business needs and provide proactive support
Qualification
Required
Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship
