Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive excellence programs to enhance organizational performance
Lead cross-functional teams in identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable plans

Facilitate training workshops and seminars to promote excellence and continuous improvement methodologies
Collaborate with departmental leaders to align strategies with overall business objectives
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with excellence standards
Stay updated on industry trends and benchmarks to ensure best practices are implemented
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Proven experience in a role focused on continuous improvement or operational excellence
Minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial setting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve challenging goals
Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean, TPS and Toyota Way, etc
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
