Business Development - Distributed Generation
GameChange Solar is the third-largest global and second-largest U.S. solar racking and tracker manufacturer, leading the clean energy transition with innovative technology. They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead their North America market penetration strategy in the rapidly growing distributed solar market.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain sales pipeline of distributed generation projects (1 MW - 20 MW)
Target C&I customers and community solar developers
Develop strategic partnerships with regional EPCs, developers, and project owners
Track market activities, competitors, and strategic positioning
Develop detailed customer personas and market penetration strategies
Manage and maintain opportunities in the CRM system
Coordinate with engineering, project management, and supply chain teams
Provide monthly pipeline reports and market intelligence updates to division leadership
Strong work ethic and ability to self-start in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience in distributed solar sales experience with proven track record preferred
Knowledge of engineering, finance and marketing
Must be self-directed and resourceful, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
