Recruiting Specialist - Law Firm

Responsibilities
The Recruiting Specialist supports firmwide recruiting efforts assisting with tracking law school and lateral candidates, providing administrative and logistical support to the firmwide recruiting team as well as recruiting contacts and partners in the US and non-US offices
The Recruiting Specialist also provides support for various firmwide recruiting events as well as participating in department initiatives
The Specialist must possess excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities as well as collaborating with the recruiting team and other operational teams
The Specialist must be invested in providing a first-rate recruiting experience for all parties involved in the recruiting process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
One (1) to two (2) years of recruiting experience
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships within and outside of the Firm
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience using web-based databases, and data reporting and virtual platforms
Preferred
law firm or other professional services recruiting strongly preferred
