Responsibilities
Track and evaluate marketing performance metrics to uncover optimization and growth opportunities
Develop and maintain operational dashboards that provide clear visibility into end-to-end business and product performance
Deliver analytical insights that go beyond reporting by identifying key drivers, root causes, and recommended actions
Leverage consumer and market intelligence to support segmentation strategies, journey design, content planning, and omnichannel campaign execution across assigned product lines
Establish measurement frameworks to assess the impact of external partnerships and strategic initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention through integrated, seamless omnichannel experiences
Design and execute consumer research initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and market studies
Analyze campaign effectiveness using media mix and attribution insights from agency partners to improve ROI and optimize spend
Produce demand and performance forecasts to support growth targets, margin goals, and campaign planning
Monitor competitive activity and healthcare market trends to identify differentiation opportunities and inform strategy
Support additional analytical and reporting initiatives as needed while ensuring adherence to internal policies and standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, or a related field
5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail
Preferred
Prior experience within healthcare or regulated industries preferred
Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, SQL, SAS, or similar platforms is a plus
