Responsibilities

Develops and maintains HSS Stock and Non-Stock electronic requisitions in conjunction with end-users and other Materials Management staff
Assists end-users with e-procurement from web-based vendors
Maintains open communication with Pyxis Coordinator to monitor buying patterns and the appropriate method of inventory delivery to assure premier customer service
Responsible for preparing complex journal entries and reconciliations related to Distribution transactions
Ability to work with databases and spreadsheets
Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital

Required

Bachelor's Degree required
3-5 years related experience preferred
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and understanding of database structure and design required
Ability to produce analytical reports and teach business processes required
