Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations (e.g., Power BI) to track KPIs and Strategic Sourcing performance
Conduct deep-dive trend and root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making
Partner with functional teams (Procurement, Operations, Finance, Sales) to define metrics, design reports, and automate recurring analyses
Use statistical and predictive analysis to support Large Program successful execution, Supplier performance improvement, and Sourcing goals
Continuously improve data pipelines and data integrity, working closely with IT and system owners
Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in clear, business-focused terms
Identify automation opportunities and implement self-service analytics tools to empower users and reduce manual reporting
Perform business process analysis and own the design and improvement of new and existing tools and processes to support business decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in data analytics, supply chain management, business or finance
Minimum of five years of analytical experience performing detailed analyses
Experience in defining, scoping and implementing projects
Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI along with experience in writing queries to access information from relational database management systems
Proven success in the identification of issues using advanced analytics
Detail-oriented, analytical and results-driven
Motivated problem solver
Excellent communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships
Ability to manage and manipulate large amounts of data quickly
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous requests and projects
Ability to work in a fluid environment without closer supervision
Preferred
MBA a plus
Previous experience with SAP or Oracle a plus
