Responsibilities
Originate Home Equity Agreements (HEA) for direct-to-consumer (DTC) and third-party origination (TPO) clients—helping homeowners unlock equity without new debt, monthly payments, or selling their home
Serve as a subject matter expert on Nada’s platform, educating clients on the benefits and mechanics of equity sharing versus traditional home equity products
Originate HELOCs and traditional mortgages as a courtesy for HEA clients and referrals, leveraging Nada’s status as a fully licensed mortgage broker
Manage and convert leads from diverse sources: affiliate partners, social media, TPO, and client referrals
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and Nada’s commitment to transparency and simplicity
Maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
Collaborate with a diverse, purpose-driven team to achieve company goals and deliver best-in-class client experiences
Qualification
Required
Active NMLS license in Texas and California (additional states a plus)
Proven experience in mortgage origination, with a strong grasp of HELOCs, and traditional mortgage products
Excellent communication skills and a passion for educating clients about innovative financial solutions
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with mortgage origination software and digital tools
