Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management activities, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in partnership with stakeholders
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures
Serve as the primary point of coordination between project sponsors, internal teams, and external partners
Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and decision-making forums
Provide clear, concise, and timely project updates to stakeholders at all levels
Coordinate internal and external resources to support project delivery
Identify interdependencies across teams and proactively manage scheduling conflicts or constraints
Support leaders in prioritizing work and sequencing initiatives
Identify project risks and issues, assess impact, and implement mitigation strategies
Manage scope changes through defined change control processes
Escalate risks and decision points appropriately and constructively
Track project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures
Coordinate with Finance and vendors to ensure contractual alignment and financial accountability
Support procurement, vendor onboarding, and performance tracking as needed
Maintain accurate project documentation, including charters, plans, status reports, and lessons learned
Apply and promote consistent project management practices across initiatives
Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes and tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience managing projects in a professional environment
Experience working on cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar)
Preferred
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred but not required
