Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients warmly at the front desk, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
Handle data entry tasks accurately using, Google Workspace, and other office software (Shopify & Hubspot)
Maintain organized filing systems and perform document proofreading to ensure accuracy and clarity
Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or executives
Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and record keeping
Provide customer support through email, phone, or in-person inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail
Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming customer phone calls and inquiries
Handle customer returns and coordinate replacement of warranty items when damaged
Assist with service claims and work closely with the service team to ensure resolution
Delegate customer inquiries to appropriate departments when necessary
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Professional and customer-focused demeanor
Proficiency with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, documents)
Experience in administrative support and/or customer service
