Responsibilities
Welcome guests outside the doors of the hotel
Assist campus and hotel guests with directions, information on events in the hotel and around campus, and parking options
Engage with all guests and provide a distinctly Notre Dame customer service experience
Assist with luggage to and from the guest's vehicle/room and luggage storage
Work with the Front Desk to ensure accurate billing
Qualification
Required
A valid drivers license is necessary, and ability to pass an MVR background check
Ability to move, lift, and handle heavy objects (i.e. guest luggage)
Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours at a time) while working outside and within the foyer of the hotel
