Responsibilities
Lead hands-on fund accounting, including reviews, reconciliations, and capital account work
Lead valuation modeling and prepare audit-quality documentation
Oversee and review outputs from the firm’s external fund administrator
Support new fund closes, operational build-out, and ad hoc whitespace projects
Improve processes, reduce bottlenecks, and strengthen internal reporting infrastructure
Act as a true partner in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in VC, growth equity, or PE fund accounting
Strong technical fundamentals in fund accounting & valuations
Accuracy, ownership mentality, and comfort working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment
Humble, hungry, and excited about contributing to a mission-driven team
Preferred
Public Accounting experience with VC/PE clients strongly preferred
CPA preferred but not required
