Responsibilities
Manage jobsites and ensure they are clean and organized
Create and own project schedules and ensure they are being hit
Manage safety by enforcing safety protocols
Manage subcontractors and vendors
Ensure quality craftsmanship
Supervise punch lists ensuring that projects get 100% complete
Assist with the execution of project work when needed
Work with project clients and stakeholders to communicate construction activities
Log time spent on tasks per project and document through CompanyCam
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Superintendent experience
Experience in multi-family or commercial projects
Ability to manage jobsites and ensure they are clean and organized
Ability to create and own project schedules and ensure they are being hit
Ability to manage safety by enforcing safety protocols
Ability to manage subcontractors and vendors
Ability to ensure quality craftsmanship
Ability to supervise punch lists ensuring that projects get 100% complete
Ability to assist with the execution of project work when needed
Ability to work with project clients and stakeholders to communicate construction activities
Ability to log time spent on tasks per project and document through CompanyCam
