Responsibilities
Elicits requirements from the customer and converts them into user stories and product requirements
Works as a part of the project team and act as a bridge between the customer
Technology team by elaborating the client requirements
Liaises between the client and internal stakeholders to validate, analyze and document the
Requirements in the form of user stories
Participates and lead discovery activities with the customer to lay down the requirements
Participates in the functional design and solutioning
Works closely with the QA team to create test scenarios and review the test cases
Has a deep understanding of the Agile methodology
Participates in the sprint grooming sessions and sprint reviews both internally and with the customer
Open to travel to customer site for requirements gathering and implementation activities like UAT
Qualification
Required
Retail and Digital Banking Experience
Online Account opening and Customer Onboarding experience
Front-end banking experience
Product implementation experience
5 to 8 years of experience in the role as a business analyst and eliciting requirements and documenting processes
Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
Has a deep understanding of the Agile methodology
Preferred
Experience in implementing digital solutions would be an advantage
Experience in digital banking is desirable. Any experience in customer onboarding would be a plus
Knowledge and experience of Salesforce would be an added advantage
Knowledge of core systems and Loan origination system like FIS, Temenos, Fiserv, Jack Henry, Lending 360 etc. would be a plus
Any certifications like Certified Business Analysis Profession etc. would be desirable but is not a Prerequisite
