Responsibilities

Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Experience Manager
Proficiency in Java-based automation frameworks and tools including Playwright, Cucumber, JPA/Hibernate, REST Assured, Gradle, Git, and Spring Boot (preferred)
Strong expertise in test design and planning, with a solid understanding of test data management (mandatory for senior-level roles)
Ability to create comprehensive test cases, automated test scripts, and clear acceptance criteria derived from business and functional requirements
Experience executing both manual and automated tests for customer journeys and analytics processes
Skilled in validating end-to-end, multi-channel customer journeys, including email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and web experiences
Proven experience conducting regression testing, functional testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for journey configurations and releases
