Responsibilities
Update customer information and policy details in Epic
Help clients file claims in person or by phone
Process payments accurately
Share scheduled reports with the production team
Manage lender/lien holder paperwork for personal lines
Prepare policy change forms and collect signatures
Track returned mail and handle follow-ups
Keep office supplies organized and stocked
Send correspondence on behalf of producers
Process coverage updates and vehicle changes
Verify vehicle details during customer interactions
Provide ongoing support to existing policyholders
Redirect qualified leads to producers
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and attention to detail
Comfortable managing documents, forms, and client information
Able to work independently while supporting a team
Preferred
Prior P&C Insurance experience preferred
Experience with Epic or similar systems is helpful
