Strategize case direction, negotiate settlements, and drive high‑quality legal outcomes
Collaborate with the team lead and contribute to the continued growth of the department
Utilize MS Office and Filevine case management systems
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing plaintiff‑side employment cases
Recent hands‑on plaintiff‑side litigation experience
Proven track record handling single‑action employment claims
Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing junior team members
Active California Bar license in good standing
No book of business required
Flexible, team‑oriented, and eager to take ownership
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish
