Administrative Assistant
SES Energy is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide broad administrative and operational support across multiple departments. This part-time role involves assisting senior leaders and performing various administrative tasks, including CRM administration, financial evaluations, and HR support.

Responsibilities
Conduct reviews of items in the CRM to identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information
Coordinate with team members to resolve data gaps
Assist with generation of weekly reporting
Assist with preparation of business cases by populating data
Support basic administrative coordination related to finance workflows as needed
Assist with entry of site observations into the safety reporting system
Compile and report monthly sustainability data
Assist with coordination of candidate pre-employment appointments
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook (email and calendar management)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and support multiple departments simultaneously
Professional, dependable, and comfortable working with senior leadership
