Administrative Assistant
Reliant Realty is a real estate company seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their operations. The role involves managing calls, sorting mail, providing office support, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and greet customers for Reliant Realty ERA Powered and Signature Title Services
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail for the entire office
Provide office support to the Reliant Realty principal broker and Signature Title branch manager
Assist with the setup and clean-up of the conference room for company and training events
Prepare agent commission payouts for accounting
Establish and maintain properties in the real estate management systems
Assist in the management of escrow funds
Assist with pre-closing duties under the direction of the Signature Title branch manager
Tech Savvy with Mailchimp experience
The ability to create flyers is a plus
Light office cleaning (trash, tidying, etc)
Qualification
Required

Proficient with Google Suite
Well-spoken and articulate
Must be extremely organized and meticulous about detail and accuracy
Ability to multi-task generally, including on e-mail, instant messages, and on the telephone, to work smoothly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and to handle pressure with grace
Neat, polished, and professional appearance with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all clients, callers, and guests
Discretion to maintain privacy as well as confidentiality of all corporate and personal matters and to exercise good judgment
Self-motivated with proactive approach to undertaking tasks and assignments and to identify and resolve problems without requiring direction and to be productive on days with/without pressure
Quick thinking, resourceful, articulate, tactful and flexible
Enthusiastic, personable, reliable / dependable, and a team player
Preferred
