Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team responsible for non‑clinical healthcare service operations
Review and evaluate department workflows, recommend improvements, and support implementation of new processes
Conduct productivity and quality assessments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members
Assist in developing and refining internal procedures and documentation
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, providers, members, and external partners
Qualification
Required
5+ years of operations or administrative experience in healthcare, preferably within managed care
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and build strong relationships
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools
