Responsibilities
Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, ensuring efficient operation of the office
Coordination: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence with a high level of professionalism
Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data management
Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for clients and visitors, offering exceptional customer service
Vendor Management: Oversee office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships
Problem solver: A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
Qualification
Required
2-4 years related experience
Highschool diploma (Associate's Degree preferred)
2-4 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
