Mid, Senior LevelPremier Resources Group (PRG) is seeking a Site / General Procurement Lead to provide broad procurement support across site-level and general construction scopes for a major capital project. The role requires strong field awareness and practical procurement experience to coordinate with multiple project stakeholders and manage procurement processes effectively.

Responsibilities
Support procurement for general construction, site services, temporary facilities, and support scopes
Coordinate with construction management, engineering, safety, and project controls teams
Lead bid processes, evaluations, and supplier recommendations for assigned scopes
Manage supplier onboarding, purchase orders, and contract documentation
Track materials and services to ensure alignment with construction schedules
Support issue resolution related to delivery, scope changes, and field needs
Maintain a regular onsite presence while supporting remote coordination activities
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting procurement on large industrial or commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of site logistics, construction sequencing, and field operations
Ability to manage multiple scopes and priorities simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working directly with field teams
Proficiency with standard procurement and project documentation tools
Preferred
Prior owner-side, EPC, or large GC procurement experience
