Responsibilities
Run daily report, assign and work daily workload, and assure timely and accurate completion
Prepares all month-end accrual reporting information
Assist the department supervisor/manager for workload management and team performance
Closely interact with leadership to address and resolve outstanding credit and collections issues
Work directly with HVAC leadership to correct billing errors from technicians
Review the employees' work and provide comments, feedback, and tips to help them improve
Assist as primary contributor for any testing needed for the billing department and processes
Create SOP's for department and roles, implement, manage
Qualification
Required
3+ years' successful work experience in a billing/accounting office setting
O365
Oracle proficiency (required)
MS Office proficiency including Excel (required)
High School Diploma (required)
Associate's degree or related field or equivalent experience
