Responsibilities
Develop and design multimedia content for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, digital advertising, and internal presentations
Manage video projects from concept to final delivery, including planning, shooting raw footage, setting up lighting and sound, and post-production tasks like editing, color correction, and audio mixing
Create 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and user engagement
Partner with marketing specialists, content creators, and other designers to brainstorm ideas, develop storyboards, and ensure cohesive visual content that meets project objectives
Ensure all multimedia content adheres to brand guidelines and aesthetic standards across all media
Optimize multimedia content for different devices and platforms to ensure functionality and visual quality
Stay updated on the latest design trends, software, and emerging technologies in multimedia design
Qualification
Required
5+ years of proven experience in a multimedia design or video production role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects
A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design, Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics
A solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
Knowledge of web design principles
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Familiarity with Unity is a plus
Familiarity with 3D modeling software is a plus (e.g., Blender, Maya)
