New Grad, Entry LevelThe HT Group is seeking a junior-level AI/Automation Engineer to explore and expand the use of AI and automation across the business. This role offers hands-on experience with modern AI tools in a mentorship-focused environment, where the engineer will experiment with AI tools, build solutions, and support efforts to integrate AI into business operations.

Responsibilities
Experiment with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), and emerging tools
Help build and prototype AI-driven solutions (e.g., chat-based tools for business users)
Test new tools and show the team how they can be used to work more efficiently
Support efforts to take AI 'beyond IT' and into the business
Qualification
Required
Junior / entry-level (recent grads welcome)
Curious, confident, and excited to learn new tools
Interested in AI, automation, and problem-solving
Some exposure to cloud, scripting, or automation is a plus
Must be based in Austin, TX
Must be able to work on-site
