North Bridge Staffing Group is partnering with a fast-growing professional services organization to find a Temporary Receptionist for their Chicago office. The role involves being the first point of contact for visitors, managing office operations, and supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and guests
Greet executives, clients, and board members with professionalism and warmth
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Coordinate catering, lunches, and meeting logistics (especially for C-suite and board meetings)
Provide white-glove service during leadership and board visits
Support daily office operations and ensure teams are taken care of throughout the day
Act as a junior Office Manager / Administrative Assistant, handling ad hoc office needs
Partner with the Executive Assistant and liaise with headquarters as needed

Required

Professional, polished, and confident communicator
Comfortable interacting with senior leadership
Highly organized and proactive
Able to juggle multiple priorities in a busy office environment

Preferred

Prior receptionist, office coordinator, administrative, or hospitality experience is a plus
