Responsibilities
Lead the organizational change efforts related to IT software deployments, ensuring stakeholder adoption, minimizing resistance, and embedding new processes across IT, procurement, and business units
Stakeholder engagement and communication across technical and business teams
Building buy-in and overcoming resistance to new processes
Coaching leaders and champions through transitions
Translating technical SAM concepts into user-friendly language
Developing training materials and delivery (workshops, documentation, videos)
Facilitating meetings and presentations at all organizational levels
RACI matrix development and role clarification
Creating adoption roadmaps and tracking milestones
Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
Qualification
Required
6 - 10 years of experience in Change Management
Experience leading organizational change efforts related to IT software deployments
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and business teams
Ability to build buy-in and overcome resistance to new processes
Experience coaching leaders and champions through transitions
Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language
Experience developing training materials and delivery methods (workshops, documentation, videos)
Experience facilitating meetings and presentations at all organizational levels
Experience in project and process management
Ability to develop RACI matrices and clarify roles
Experience creating adoption roadmaps and tracking milestones
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
