Responsibilities
Assists the cybersecurity team and CISO in establishing and maintaining the enterprise security strategy and programs to ensure Baptist Health information assets are adequately protected
Assists in performing IT investigations, digital forensics and eDiscovery efforts, as well as audits and risk assessments
Assists with performing annual risk assessment/mitigation reviews
Serves as an assistant with Information Security efforts surrounding Payment Card Industry/Data Security Standards (PCI/DSS) compliance
Helps perform training for cybersecurity efforts, and with exercises to test other employees as well as to assess the performance of the cybersecurity program
Qualification
Required
4 year degree or 4 years related experience
Ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
Ability to professionally interact with all levels of the enterprise, often in volatile, high pressure situations
Strong documentation & reporting skills
Well-versed in PCI/DSS subject matter
Other regulatory knowledge and best practice knowledge in Information Security
A good understanding of contracting and the technical language used in technical IT related contracts
Preferred
Security, GRC, or audit certification desirable
Well versed in all aspects of Information Technology (e.g. networking, integration, system/application support, data center functions, etc.)
