Responsibilities
Lead requirement-gathering workshops with business, marketing, and technical stakeholders
Define page types and component requirements (landing pages, tiles, browse/search, etc.)
Analyze MSM (Multi-Site Manager) implications for global vs. local content
Create functional specifications including fields, validations, variants, and acceptance criteria
Define AEM permission models, workflows, and content governance
Support taxonomy, metadata, and tagging standards
Maintain traceability between business requirements and technical solutions
Partner with AEM Architects and Leads during solution design
Support QA teams during UAT planning and execution
Assist with author training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
Qualification
Required
6–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in web or CMS projects
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe AEM
Deep understanding of CMS authoring concepts and content workflows
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with global and cross-functional teams
