Responsibilities
Manage daily schedule, calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reports
Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, presentations, and other communication
Coordinate and prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for meetings
Assist with the planning and execution of strategic projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are accurate
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
Handle sensitive company and employee information with the utmost discretion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3–5 years of executive-level administrative support
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
MUST BE ABLE TO QUICKLY COMMUTE TO WEST HOLYWOOD on an as needed basis
Preferred
Experience supporting C-suite executives
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
Professional presence and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
