YES USA is an education company dedicated to creating enriching cultural and academic experiences for international students. The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, hiring, and supporting exceptional staff for YES USA’s programs, managing the full recruitment cycle and collaborating closely with department heads.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for both seasonal and full-time positions
Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
Review applications and resumes to identify strong matches for open roles
Maintain and expand a talent pipeline to support ongoing and future staffing needs
Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit with YES USA’s culture
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and department directors. Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Oversee onboarding for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate
Collaborate with the Managing Directors and department leads to ensure smooth integration of new employees
Maintain personnel records and assist with HR administrative tasks as needed. Support staff training initiatives and assist with pre-season and mid-season training and logistics
Partner with department heads (Academic, Excursions, Operations, and Administration) to understand staffing needs and role requirements
Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring progress and outcomes
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss recruitment goals, staffing challenges, and process improvements
Promote YES USA and its employment opportunities through engaging job postings, social media, and career events
Represent YES USA at job fairs and recruitment events to build brand visibility and attract talent
Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment platforms
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to hiring top talent aligned with YES USA's mission
Willingness to travel and conduct site visits during the summer season
