Responsibilities
Act as a key support resource for training and peer support by providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving expertise on intricate billing scenarios, while delivering strong, data-driven feedback to resolve recurring issues and drive long-term improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, customers, and field partners to verify entitlements, manage purchase orders, resolve interface errors, and maintain data accuracy
Demonstrate dependability, critical thinking, and ownership, contributing to process improvements, team goals, and continuous improvement initiatives with a positive, adaptable mindset
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in Billing and Invoicing, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Contract Management or equivalent
Highschool diploma or equivalent required
