Responsibilities
Lead Web Production: Serve as the primary builder for pandadoc.com, taking pages from concept to launch with precision and speed. You will ensure our digital footprint is consistent, high-performing, and visually stunning
Own the CMS: Manage the day-to-day of our Contentful CMS instance. You will maintain content models, manage assets, and ensure the CMS structure scales with our growth
Optimize Workflows: Constantly analyze and improve our web publishing processes. You will identify bottlenecks and implement modern workflow practices to increase velocity without sacrificing quality
Enable the Team: Create documentation, training materials, and governance guidelines to enable other marketing team members to utilize the CMS effectively and safely
Drive Content Governance: Conduct regular content audits to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency across the site
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver on marketing initiatives, approaching every request with empathy and a dedication to helping your teammates succeed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in web production or digital content management, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
Expert-level proficiency with Contentful or similar enterprise-grade headless CMS
Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to troubleshoot technical nuances (Next.js/React context is a plus)
Strong understanding of web best practices, including SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and page performance (Core Web Vitals)
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com) to manage intake and sprints
