Responsibilities

Partner closely with Channel Executives, Account Directors, and Annuity Business Development to identify opportunities, generate leads, and expand existing producer relationships within your assigned territory
Clearly articulate Global Atlantic’s product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to financial professionals, tailoring messaging to advisor and client needs
Proactively support sales efforts through conferences, wholesaler meetings, targeted outreach, and customized hypothetical illustrations
Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage daily activity, track sales metrics, maintain accurate contact records, and support data-driven territory planning
Serve as a knowledgeable liaison between Global Atlantic and financial professionals, ensuring a consistent, high-quality advisor experience
Deliver clear, professional, and persuasive communication customized to each financial professional and their business objectives
Consistently meet or exceed defined sales goals and performance metrics for your territory
