Senior Culture Analyst
The Human Method® transforms organizational culture by helping people embrace change from the inside out. They are seeking a Senior Culture Analyst who will analyze organizational data to identify opportunities for cultural improvement and present findings to C-suite executives.
Responsibilities
Turn data into narrative: You will synthesize engagement surveys, exit interviews, and turnover reports to tell the objective story of what is really happening in an organization
Calculate what dysfunction costs: You will put dollar figures on cultural problems—showing clients exactly how much they are losing to turnover, disengagement, and failed change initiatives
Create executive-grade materials: Your presentations will land in boardrooms. They need to be beautiful, compelling, and impossible to ignore
Be a thought partner: You will brainstorm strategy with our founder, challenge assumptions, and help design transformation roadmaps that actually work
Bring the receipts: Your analysis will be the foundation for every recommendation that we make. We do not engage in consultancy speak or jargon, we use data-backed insights to drive decisions
