Responsibilities
Manage the full interior design process for kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and full-home remodels, ensuring every project reflects our high standards
Collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life, creating compelling, functional, and visually stunning designs
Develop efficient and aesthetically pleasing layouts that maximize functionality and flow
Source and select high-quality materials, fixtures, and furnishings that align with client goals and budgets
Work closely with project managers, estimators, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of designs
Prepare and deliver design concepts using mood boards, 3D renderings, material samples, and detailed design documents
Address on-site design challenges with creative, cost-effective solutions
Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required
4 or more years of experience in high-end residential remodeling
Proficiency in Chief Architect or similar software, with strong skills in construction documents, floor plans, and 3D renderings
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
Balance of innovative design with functional, livable solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively translate client ideas into reality
A motivated designer committed to both personal growth and contributing to the company's success
Preferred
Chief Architect or similar advanced design experience preferred
