Kforce Inc is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to oversee and direct all financial activities of the corporation. The CFO will manage a team, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with audits and tax requirements to support the corporation's growth.

Responsibilities

Direct the preparation of all monthly and yearly financial statements including P&L statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements
Direct responsibility for annual audit with outside accounting firm, including annual physical inventory
Direct responsibility for information needed for annual tax return preparation
Responsibility for annual 401K audit, as well as ongoing administration and oversight
Oversee all reporting related to sales and use tax and any other governmental required reporting as needed
Responsible for maintaining appropriate banking relationship(s) to fund future growth

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in AccountingCertified Public Accountant

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
10+ years of experience

Preferred

Certified Public Accountant is a plus
