Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive integrated project plans covering all major workstreams, including detailed Gantt charts, milestone tracking, and dependency mapping
Orchestrate execution across multiple teams and stakeholder groups, facilitating communication and alignment between site operations, engineering teams, real estate, networking, and support functions
Proactively identify and manage interdependencies among workstreams, maintaining risk registers and mitigation plans to address schedule conflicts and resource constraints
Conduct milestone reviews and readiness assessments to validate prerequisites for key events such as equipment moves, facility modifications, and decommissioning activities
Track execution progress against established plans using appropriate metrics and prepare weekly status reports and executive updates
Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders impacted by program changes, coordinating schedules for moves, downtime, and facility modifications
Drive timely decision-making by gathering input from all parties and communicating changes to broader stakeholder groups
Maintain execution artifacts including integrated schedules, risk and issue logs, decision logs, and readiness checklists to ensure leadership readiness
Update dashboards, burndown charts, and KPIs to provide visibility into schedule adherence and upcoming deadlines
Facilitate coordination meetings and touchpoints to confirm alignment across workstreams and ensure dependent project tasks proceed in lockstep
Adjust project plans dynamically based on emerging risks, schedule conflicts, or changing operational requirements
Compile required documentation including status briefs, decision logs, stakeholder matrices, and lessons learned for leadership reviews

Required

8-10 years overall experience in infrastructure, data center, or hardware-related program management
Demonstrated experience managing multi-year, multi-stream programs with complex dependencies
Proven track record leading programs involving facility upgrades, power and cooling changes, and large-scale equipment migrations
History of coordinating multi-discipline projects across organizational boundaries
Experience running programs with many parallel workstreams and technical constraints
Background leading organization-wide or multi-team change efforts
Experience in engineering labs, data centers, IT operations, or facilities technology projects
PMP or PMI certification required, or equivalent significant experience demonstrating comparable expertise
Large-scale infrastructure and data center project management with 7-10 years of experience
Advanced proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools including MS Project, Smartsheet, and waterfall methodologies with 5-7 years of experience
Risk, issue, and dependency management in technical programs with 5-7 years of experience
Integrated master schedule development and critical path analysis
Cross-functional coordination and stakeholder alignment across organizational boundaries
Executive communication and reporting with ability to translate complex operational work into concise leadership messaging
Meeting facilitation and conflict resolution
Change management and organizational transition leadership
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities for identifying blockers and defining mitigation strategies
Dashboard and KPI development for program visibility
Familiarity with lab, data center, or technical operations environments
Understanding of facility readiness constraints including power, cooling, and network capacity planning
Ability to operate independently and bring structure to ambiguous situations
