Architectural design, integration of ServiceNow with third-party tools, managing end-to-end implementation
Collaborating with teams to align solutions with business goals
Guiding and mentoring development teams
Managing projects effectively
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices
Qualification
Required
Mandatory Certifications (CIS Service Mapping and CIS Event Management)
Expertise in Architecture, Architectural Design, and developing scalable ITOM solutions
Proficiency in Software Development and Integration with ServiceNow
Strong Project Management skills, with experience leading end-to-end implementation
In-depth understanding of ITOM processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams
ServiceNow certifications and experience in ITOM-focused projects are highly beneficial
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
