Responsibilities

Lead strategic analysis that informs ES priorities, investment decisions, and long-term strategies
Partner to frame complex problems, develop data-based recommendations and lead execution
Build executive-ready materials that distill insights and drive alignment
Manage and be accountable for cross-functional execution teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution
Identify optimization opportunities that accelerate ES service adoption and expansion to accelerate RTX value
Lead transformation life cycle for service optimization, service expansion and continuous improvement initiatives
Proactively evaluate program activities, build contingency plans, and execute corrective action on a timely basis to mitigate risks, including scope and budget variances
Identify and manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams and strategic initiatives, driving efficiency, execution speed and increased value realization across the enterprise
Manage quality measurements and monitoring mechanisms in place to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations and integrate with overall program objectives
Adheres to CORE and project management methodology by leveraging and promoting the use of existing tools, capturing best practices, and identifying areas for process improvement

Required

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company's immigration sponsorship now or in the future. The company will not offer immigration sponsorship for this position. The company will not seek an export authorization for this role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
Project and Program Management experience
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or transformation roles

Preferred

Prior work experience in Transformation solutions, including change management strategies
Master's degree or equivalent graduate education
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to represent the organization to key stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple competing initiatives
Understanding of financial principles and budgeting
Change Management

Execute the work and accountability for getting work being executed through others
